Custom Practice Management
Our custom Practice Management (PM) system assists our clients in managing their healthcare practices effectively and independently within their own offices. By logging on to the PM system through their secure account, our clients are able to carry out a comprehensive set of practice management functions. Our PM system facilitates a comprehensive set of functions including but not limited to: patient scheduling, electronic verification of patient eligibility, provider Web site creation, personalized electronic super bills, patient statement composition, rejected claim follow-up, and financial report generation. This allows staff members to share information across physical boundaries. In the future, enhancements to this service offering will include a transcription service, an accounting package, and many other services that our existing clients have requested.

Offsite Billing Service
Our offsite billing service enables our clients to outsource (within US) all of their medical billing for a competitive percentage of collections. ABS' Quick Claims NOW! billing experts can log on to the client's secure account, enter patient demographics and insurance information, submit the claims to the payor, follow-up with both patients and payors until payment reconciliation, and post all payments for the client. Although the work is outsourced to ABS' Quick Claims NOW! clients have around-the-clock real-time access to their account, to monitor our performance, as well as the daily operational and financial results of their business.

Our flexible and secure Web-based services provide clients with direct around-the-clock access to patient data and financial reporting. Our goal is to retain every single client relationship by helping them realize faster cash flows and heightened profitability. We do more than simply submit claims on behalf of our clients. We provide the additional expertise and the technology required to get the most out of their practices. By helping our clients streamline their office workflow, we are able to eliminate inefficiencies that eat up profits. Pricing for our billing service is based on a percentage of collections. The percentage we charge will vary, depending on specialty, geographical location and the level of service you require.

Our integrated appointment scheduler will outperform any manual or computerized method because it is directly linked to our billing system; allowing you to print patient-ready super-bills for each patient on your schedule. Additionally, these patient-ready super-bills will be exact replicas to the electronic super-bills (e-bills), used by our staff to submit your claims. This reduces the risk of data entry error, thus ensuring a higher rate of collection.

The appointment scheduler even gives up-to-date patient copay and balance due information at a glance - which increases front desk efficiency and adds to your bottom line. The Communication Center can be invaluable for communication between you, your staff and the ABS' personnel working on your accounts receivable. Unlike regular email, our email system is completely HIPAA compliant. This allows you to discuss matters classified as protected patient information without worrying about violating your patients' right to privacy.
